From his modest beginnings from starting his first real estate company at the age of 28, to investing in his first commercial property at the age of 32, to establishing one of the most well recognized commercial real estate brokerage companies in the Metro Detroit area, it has been quite the ride.
The firm has now been blessed with the opportunity to join a nationally recognized commercial real estate firm SVN Incorporated. Harry and his expanding team will now have the opportunity not to only represent commercial real estate transactions throughout the 50 states using SVN’s collaborative platform but to offer our clients expanded services and marketing tools that are unique to the industry.

Max Nathan
SVN Advisor
A graduate from the University of Michigan, Max started his career in financial services joining an Independent Advisor group. He worked in developing new business and holistic financial plans for clients. Max transitioned to the lending industry with Quicken Loans and later Hall Financial. As an originator he worked with borrowers, the capital markets team and managed the firm's closing/loan funding operations. Most recently Max worked as a project manager at a national real estate developer. He gained expertise in commercial developments, along with exposure to acquisitions, financing and asset management.
Andrea Bonds
Advisor
Andrea Bonds graduated from Cornell University's esteemed Hotel School where she studied hospitality with a focus on design and real estate. Before entering the real estate industry, Andrea was an operations and architect consultant for commercial kitchens spanning from local restaurants to large hotel chains. Her journey led her to obtain her real estate license where she began to build investment portfolios in single-family and multifamily markets.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Andrea has a passion for camping, scuba diving, training mixed martial arts, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and playing flute. Born and raised in Trenton MI, she cherishes her connections with the community and thrives on building strong relationships with business owners throughout her career.
Gabriel Stanaj

As a graduate in finance from Wayne State University School of Business, Gabriel is able to merge education and experience to understand and respond to the market. After graduating from Michigan State University, Yousif began his career in Chicago working for one of the nation's top commercial insurance wholesalers. His diverse experience aids him in his ability to provide real estate solutions to a multitude of unique business owners. His drive is fueled by his faith, family, and friends.
